From a young age, Namal was inspired by bold flavours and the art of bringing people together through food. His culinary journey started in Colombo’s energetic food scene and expanded into Toronto’s diverse gastronomic landscape, where he spent decades perfecting his craft. Over the years, he successfully owned and operated multiple restaurants across the GTA and Colombo, earning a strong reputation for extraordinary taste and exceptional hospitality.
